Place of organization

If you choose the bus option from Cordoba, you must be at the Paseo de la Victoria bus stop (Glorieta Cruz Roja), in front of the Eurostars Palace Hotel, 10-15 minutes before departure time. If you decide to go by car, you should be at the site a little before the time indicated on the voucher. You will have to leave your vehicle in the Medina Azahara car park and wait next to the shuttle bus stop. Do not go up to the site alone, you will have to wait for the guide to arrive with the rest of the group from Cordoba.

Important information

It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
Medina Azahara is an unpaved and sloping archaeological site.
Children must be included in the reservation as a ticket will be required when entering the monument.
The departure time varies depending on the booking option chosen. If you choose the option with transport from Cordoba, you must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the time indicated on the voucher. If, on the other hand, you decide to go to the site by your own means, wait for the guide at the shuttle bus stop and do not go up to the site on your own.
Ticket to Medina Azahara is free for European Union citizens. For visitors from outside the EU, the cost is €1.50 per adult, payable at the ticket office.
During periods of high demand, the reservation is subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily held until confirmation. We will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours (sooner if the date is close).
