1- Can I bring the tickets in digital format?

Yes, no problem. They can be provided in any digital format as long as the QR is readable.

2- Do children need tickets?

Everyone needs tickets for access, regardless of age. Without a ticket you will not be allowed access to the monument.

3- Can I modify or cancel my tickets?

The cancellation or exchange policy varies according to the product, you can consult it at the end of each one of them.

4- Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?

No, as stated in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. As indicated in its Article 103, concerning the exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

l) The provision of lodging services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.

5- In case of a visit with AUDIO GUIDE

Depending on the product you will pick up the audio guide at the site to be visited or you will receive it in app format along with your tickets. In this case it is important that you bring your smartphone along with a headset.

6- Is it possible to access with a wheelchair or baby stroller?

Improvements in accessibility for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility also make the monument accessible for baby carriages. However, please note that the dimensions of the Bell Tower do not allow the ascent of any of these groups.

7- Is it possible to take photographs inside the museums?

The Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba allows you to take pictures inside, as long as they are without flash. In any case you should pay attention to possible restrictions that may prevent the taking of any kind of photograph.

8- Is there a dress code to be followed?

Remember that you are entering a Catholic place of worship, so you must wear your head uncovered and you may not enter barefoot.

9- Are there areas to rest or eat inside?

The entrance and consumption of food is not allowed in the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba.

10- Are there restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are several restaurants, bars and kiosks located in the surroundings of the Mosque where you can eat or buy snacks, soft drinks, pastries, etc..

11- Is there a left-luggage service at the Mosque?

No. There are establishments near the monument that do provide this service.

12- How can I get to the Mosque and its surroundings?

  • Booking our transfers from your accommodation.
  • By car: there are public and private parking lots nearby.
  • By bus: urban lines 3 and 12, “Puerta del Puente” stop.
  • Cab: stop at C/ Torrijos n. º 6.
  • Walking: direction historic center

13- Is there a parking lot at La Mezquita?

There are several parking options near the monument but they do not depend on the monument and the rates may vary depending on the company.
