It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
Children must be included in the reservation as a ticket will be required when entering the monument.
Be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.
During periods of high demand, the reservation is subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily held until confirmation. We will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours (sooner if the date is close).

Change and Cancellation Policies

Up to 48 hours before the visit: 11 euros per person for cancellation or change fees.
Less than 48 hours before the start of the tour: no changes or cancellations are allowed.
Cancellation charges are effective from the moment the reservation request is made.
