  • Children must be included in the reservation as a ticket will be required when entering the monument. Tickets for children under 10 years old do not include audio guide.
  • IMPORTANT: Remember to bring your cell phone well charged and headphones.
    Follow the instructions that you will receive via email to use the Audioguide APP of the Mosque of Cordoba.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder, especially if you use hotmail, outlook or yahoo.
  • The time of ticket issuance may vary up to 30 minutes from the time selected in the purchase process.
  • On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than 72 hours, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
  • Up to 48 hours before the visit: 15 euros per person for cancellation or change fees.
  • Less than 48 hours before the start of the tour: no changes or cancellations are allowed.
  • Cancellation charges are effective from the time the reservation request is made.
